No doubt that peace is something that a lot of people wish for. Peace is a simple concept, yet it is so hard to achieve, unfortunately.
For as long as human kind has existed, peace never truly existed. It was almost like an imaginary thing. Even to this day, all around the world people are leading wars which are never the answer. But why? Is violence really the answer to everything in life? No, it isn't, nor will it ever be. Wars end up with more conflicts than with what started them. Is a human life truly worth sacrificing to prove a political point? What we as humans should really do it to try and listen to each other. Imagine what a wonderful place Earth would have been if we just took some time to listen. Maybe someone's unheard voice is a new Nobel Peace prize winner. But simple people like us aren't world leaders, and we can't change anything on a larger scale. What we actually can do, is try with simple things. It's normal for a human being to feel anger, but as all emotions, anger isn't permanent. A step closer to world peace would be to think before we act. Before we say something hurtful out of frustration, we should think of the consequences.
As individuals we can try and radiate positive energy. Hatred will get us nowhere in life, and with that, a hateful present day will lead to hateful future. Instead of being angry with someone, we need to try and find it in our hearts to forgive them, because being peaceful today brings us a better tomorrow.
